About

Autologous regenerative surgery represents a true revolution in patient care within surgery and interventional medicine. By harnessing the body’s natural ability to heal itself, it opens new avenues across multiple surgical disciplines.

The discovery of the body’s ability to repair its own tissues has revolutionized both preventive and therapeutic regenerative surgery, offering new solutions where traditional treatments once reached their limits.

Given these advancements, under the auspices of the National Academy of Surgery (ANC) and with the support of the BioBridge Foundation of RegenLab, we have decided to establish the Autologous Regenerative Surgery International Academy (ARSIA) – Académie Internationale de Chirurgie Régénérative Autologue (AICRA).

Our Mission

Structuring & promoting
regenerative surgery

The core missions of this new scientific body include:

Alliance

Bringing together leaders of surgical and medical scientific societies.

Foundations

Establishing the scientific foundation of regenerative surgery.

Research

Driving progress in fundamental and applied research.

Integration

Incorporating this approach into both therapeutic and preventive protocols.

Publications

Encouraging the publication and dissemination of research findings.

A simple yet revolutionary approach

The core principle of autologous regenerative surgery is simple:

Harnessing the patient’s own natural resources to stimulate regeneration, speed up recovery, and enhance healing for faster, more seamless, and more effective tissue repair.

This autologous approach is transforming the surgical perspective on healing

  • Enhanced tissue repair through natural cellular engineering.
  • Faster and more seamless healing without invasive intervention.
  • A groundbreaking alternative to organ transplants, eliminating compatibility and rejection concerns.

A cross-disciplinary and accessible approach

  • Suitable for outpatient surgery.
  • Less painful postoperative outcomes.
  • Reduced scarring.

Initially developed in plastic and reconstructive surgery, tissue regeneration is also expanding into numerous surgical and medical specialties, including: gynecological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, visceral, ophthalmological, dermatological, hand surgery, burn treatment.

Structuring a surgical revolution

Every innovation requires a solid scientific framework. ARSIA aims to structure this new approach by defining its indications, protocols, and limitations. The Academy brings together top scientific and medical experts to establish strong foundations and ensure a regulated practice based on robust evidence.

From its inception, ARSIA has embraced an international vision, integrating experts from around the world.

Our ambition is to establish regenerative surgery as a global standard by integrating it into the digital medical ecosystem and unlocking the full potential of autologous biological engineering.
